This Is The Hardest Part

You are not failing. You are building proof from zero. This is why anxiety feels so loud right before you get stronger.

If anxiety feels unbearable right now, I want you to hear this.

This part feels heavy because you do not have enough proof yet.
Not proof that you are smart.
Not proof that you are capable.
Proof that you can feel the fear and still move.

When you do not have proof, your brain starts hunting for rescue.
A friend to say the right thing.
A parent to promise it will work out.
Someone to make the feeling go away.

And when you get reassurance, you feel better for a minute.
Then anxiety shows back up and asks a new question.

What if they are wrong?
What if I mess it up?
What if I cannot handle it?

This is why you feel stuck.
You keep looking outside of yourself for a feeling that only grows inside of you.

The Shift

Nobody can take the step for you.

Support matters.
Tools matter.
Therapy matters.

But nobody can breathe for you in the spike.
Nobody can speak for you when your throat tightens.
Nobody can live your life for you while you wait to feel ready.

This is the part nobody wants to hear.
It is also the part that changes everything.

The moment you stop waiting for anxiety to leave before you live, you start building confidence.

Where The Episode Comes In

In this episode, I talk about:

  • Why this phase feels like the hardest part

  • Why reassurance stops working fast

  • What changes when you stop treating every moment like your one shot

  • How confidence grows when you build proof through small reps

There is also a simple story in here that sticks, and it explains why overthinking keeps you frozen and why action helps you get unstuck.

Episode 50: Why Anxiety Feels Unbearable Before It Gets Better

Just a Reminder

You do not need to feel ready to take one step.
You need one small choice you can repeat.
Proof does not show up all at once.
It stacks.
