I created this episode because I’ve seen the same pattern again and again:
Brave, smart, creative people getting stuck and not because they’re unmotivated, but because anxiety convinced them to wait for the “right” time.
So I flipped the script.
And built a tool that helps you face your fear in small, doable steps instead of waiting until you're “ready.”
It’s called the Courage Challenge List.
It’s not about being fearless.
It’s about acting anyway, even with sweaty palms and a racing heart.
This list becomes your proof that you can do hard things.
That even when fear is loud… you are louder.
🛠 Try this today:
Take 3 minutes.
Write down three things that make your heart race (in a good-but-scary kind of way).
Then circle the one that feels the least terrifying.
That’s your Level 1 challenge.
📅 Now pick a day this week to do it. I recommend Fridays.

The goal isn’t perfection.
The goal is action.
Because confidence doesn’t come before courage, it comes after.
